1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia using SMARTPOSTI services.

2. Delivery Options and Timing
Customers can choose between delivery to a SMARTPOSTI parcel locker or direct door-to-door delivery.
All orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the order confirmation date.

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping fees may vary depending on the selected delivery method and destination.
The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Processing
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Damaged Packages
If the package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please notify the courier and SMARTPOSTI immediately and request that the damage be documented.
If possible, take photos and refuse the parcel.

6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed or you have not received your package within 5 business days, please contact our customer support team.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
