1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – Terms) govern the legal relationship between the buyer of goods (hereinafter – Buyer) and SIA Eventure (hereinafter – Seller), reg. no. 40103761635, Vienības gatve 18A, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia, operating the online stores www.berghoff.lv, www.berghoff.lt, and www.berghoff.ee (hereinafter – Online Store).
1.2. These Terms apply to all purchases made in the Online Store. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms at any time by publishing them on the Online Store. Changes take effect upon publication.

2. Products and Prices
2.1. All products available in the Online Store are described with images and specifications. Images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may slightly differ.
2.2. Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Delivery costs are indicated separately during the checkout process.

3. Order and Payment
3.1. Orders can be placed through the Online Store by selecting products, filling out the order form, and completing the payment.
3.2. The order is confirmed after full payment is made via the secure MakeCommerce payment platform.
3.3. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order (e.g., the product is unavailable), the paid amount will be refunded within 3 business days.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1. The Seller delivers products to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia using SMARTPOSTI parcel lockers or courier delivery to the door.
4.2. Delivery takes 1–3 business days from order confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed and the Buyer will be informed.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. The Seller is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect data.
4.4. Upon receiving the item, the Buyer must check the package and item condition. If damaged, the courier must be notified and a damage report made.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt without providing a reason.
5.2. To use the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written notice or use the withdrawal form and email it to: info@berghoff.lv, info@berghoff.lt or info@berghoff.ee.
5.3. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in full set.
5.4. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of its return.
5.5. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
6.2. If a defect is found, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email with photos and a description.
6.3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. Additional information or product return may be requested.

7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. Buyer data is processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7.2. Data is used solely for processing orders, issuing invoices, and customer support.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, logistics partner delays, or third-party actions.
8.2. The Seller is not responsible for consequences of incorrect data provided by the Buyer (e.g., incorrect address).

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If not possible, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
9.2. The Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or use the online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
