Frying pan sets compared: Helix, Stone+ and Dune

Four BergHOFF frying pan sets. Both Helix sets are recycled stainless steel – one with three uncoated pans, the other with a non-stick 24 cm pan in place of the stainless one. Stone+ and Dune are pairs of recycled cast aluminium pans with the CeraGreen ceramic non-stick coating, made without PFAS. All are suitable for induction. How to choose

  • Helix, 3 stainless steel pans (20, 24, 28 cm): all dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 250 °C; 30-year warranty.
  • Helix, 2 stainless steel + 1 non-stick: 20 and 28 cm stainless steel, 24 cm non-stick; the stainless pans go in the dishwasher and the oven up to 250 °C, the non-stick pan up to 230 °C; 30-year warranty.
  • Stone+, 2 non-stick pans (24 and 28 cm): oven-safe up to 180 °C; 30-year warranty.
  • Dune, 2 non-stick pans (20 and 24 cm): oven-safe up to 180 °C; 30-year warranty.

For non-stick pans BergHOFF recommends washing by hand.
